Whip Whitaker

Whip Whitaker is VPNews's political correspondent, reporting on Parliament, government policy, elections, and the intersection of law and politics. He previously served as a political reporter for The Times for four years and spent two years covering Westminster for the Press Association.

He read Politics and International Relations at the University of Edinburgh and completed the NCTJ diploma in Multimedia Journalism at Cardiff University. His coverage of the 2024 general election campaign was commended by the Society of Editors for its balance and depth.
