🔴 MAN JAILED FOR “I WANT TO RAPE” REMARK TO MUM & KIDS

Shocking Birmingham rampage: Drunken predator stumbled half-naked through streets, groped strangers, menaced mum and kids with sick rape fantasies – 10 months behind bars. A 52-year-old man has been jailed for 10 months after admitting exposure and two counts of assault following a series of incidents in Birmingham city centre.
Quinton Brown, of Harlech Close, Bartley Green, pleaded guilty to the offences at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday, February 16.
He is currently serving the sentence concurrently with a period of recall to prison for a prior offence.
Police received multiple reports about Brown’s behaviour on Saturday, January 17.
Prosecutor Simon Hunka told the court that Brown first approached a group of young women, saying he wanted a white woman and grabbing one by the face, before pulling down his trousers.
Shortly before 8pm, near West Midlands Police headquarters at Lloyd House, Brown approached a woman, her sister, and her two children while stumbling with his trousers and underwear around his ankles, exposing his penis.
Mr Hunka said: “The defendant noticed them and approached. He said ‘Hi girls, I want to rape with a white girl’. He repeated that a number of times. He then grabbed the face of one of the women, knocking her glasses on to the ground.”
The children began to cry, and the family ran into Lloyd House to report the matter.
Brown continued to Colmore Row, where he lashed out at a young woman in a wheelchair, knocking her out of it.
A restaurant worker saw Brown shuffling along with his trousers around his ankles while masturbating, prompting members of the public to enter the premises for safety.
Brown then lay on street furniture and appeared to pass out.
Officers arrested him at the scene. He initially gave his name as the “Milkybar Kid” before confirming his real identity.
When interviewed, Brown first attributed his actions to drug use but later claimed he had deliberately sought arrest due to fears for his safety following threats and a burglary at his accommodation.
In mitigation, defence barrister Eoin Campbell said Brown, a father of two, had struggled with mental health after release from prison in 2025 and moved to a house in multiple occupation in Perry Barr, where rumours about money and gifts led to threats.
Brown, appearing via video link from prison, told the court: “I didn’t behave properly. My brain was scattered, I was scared. I’m very, very sorry.”
