Dear Borough Commander,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you once again regarding the ongoing illegal activities of an individual within your jurisdiction. Despite our previous correspondence and assurances, the individual in question has continued to brazenly flout the law and endanger the safety of our community.
In his latest YouTube video, the individual can be seen riding and reviewing a highly illegal and dangerously powerful ebike on public roads in Wolverhampton. This ebike has the capability to exceed 40mph on throttle alone, effectively classifying it as a motorcycle under UK law. Furthermore, it lacks the necessary registration, insurance, and certification required for a vehicle of its type.
